Denver Altitude Wins PSP Mid-Atlantic Open!

After a very productive practice with Chicago Aftershock 2 weeks prior to this event the team was very happy with the way we were all playing and looking forward to using what we had learned at Badlandz out in South Carolina.

Our Thursday set us off on a really high note with 2 straight wins ending in high point margins for us, although the teams we played were full of good guys and even some friends someone has to win the games and we wanted it to be us. Central Florida Paintball and Misfit Toys put up a good fight but we wanted the "W" more that day.

Friday was a let down for us all and a wake up call at the same time. After loosing to a very highly motivated Green Street Elite we had a really rough game against the Femmes. Although we were able to pull the win off against the Ladies no one on the team was happy with the way we played that day at all. We ended up taking the top spot out of our bracket which kicked us straight into the semi-finals on Sunday so we had a day off on Saturday which we used to relax and plan our games out for Sunday.

After all the dust had settled on Sunday and four victories under our belt, we found ourselves yet again on top of the Division 2 podium, defeating Vicious in the final match 6-5.
